Anastasia Lindsey is an award-winning author, poet, speaker, creative facilitator, and founder of Amavenne & Co., a creative wellness company built on the belief that some things within us need somewhere to go, and others need somewhere to grow.
As a bestselling, award-winning author and poet, Anastasia designs the frameworks that help individuals and teams give form to what they’re carrying and believes that creativity has never been only about making something beautiful. It is a way of listening. A way of giving language to the things we carry, becoming curious about ourselves, reconnecting with our stories and imagining what might still be possible.
That belief became the foundation of Amavenne & Co.
Her work spans speaking, creative wellness experiences, workshops, retreats, youth programming and literary projects. She is the creator of Core to Creation™, a guided creative framework for reflection and expression, and Poetry as Preventative Care™, a philosophy rooted in making creative expression more accessible in everyday life. Her work has taken her from classrooms and intimate community workshops to retreats, panels, organizational programming and stages where she uses story and creativity to invite deeper conversations about belonging, grief, identity, possibility and what it means to be human. Through writing, storytelling, reflection, conversation and creative experiences, Anastasia creates spaces where people are invited to explore their inner worlds without needing to consider themselves writers or artists. She is the author of three poetry collections and a three-time Readers’ Choice Award winner, with recognition from Kirkus Reviews, Midwest Book Reviews, Independent Book Review, and BookView Review. A recipient of the Literary Titan Gold Book Award, the 2025 Horace Livingston Writer’s Award, and a 2025 Global Book Award, Anastasia’s work has also been shortlisted for the 2026 Central Ave Poetry Prize.
Beyond the page, Anastasia leads sold-out poetry workshops, serves as a three-time Poetry Out Loud judge, and travels nationwide as a public speaker, bringing structured emotional clarity into creative and corporate spaces alike.
